Three MO-re Days!

Today we're celebrating #GivingTuesday! It is touted as a "global generosity movement unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world"

We're also celebrating the last three days of MOvember...which means after today I'll be sending out one more Thank You email and then you'll never hear about Movember again...until next Movember...well...until October, when I'll remind you about Movember '24.

So far, I have raised $4,675 to help support mens health and suicide prevention initiatives. I pledged to do one push up for every dollar I raised up to $2000 dollars and then I'll do burpees. There is no way I'm going to be able to do all those pushups and burpees by the end of the month, but at this point, I'm really hoping to do 3000 burpees...never thought I'd ever say that! But in order for me to have to do a full 3000 burpees, I need to raise another $325.

Here is the link to donate your hard earned money to a REALLY good cause, and to get me to do more burpees:

I'm also first place for individual educators in Canada who are taking part in the Whispy Lips competition and I'd really like to win this year! I've been top 10 the last three years, but with your help, I can win this thing! I'm wondering if I have any friends who would be able to help me get a corporate donation?! Just throwing that out there. And please share my campaign far and wide!

If you can't donate money, check in with the men in your life and remind them that it's okay to not be okay and that asking for help is a true demonstration of strength! 3 out of 4 suicides in Canada are men, and these are preventable deaths. Men are dying too young in general and your help, your conversations and donations are helping families enjoy and appreciate their fathers, brothers, sons and uncles for longer.

Thanks bros, and sisters, love you guys!

Derek
